Privacy Policy
Ryze D2D ("Ryze," "we," "us") is a door-to-door field-sales agency on Oʻahu, Hawaii, and a product of Rank Rebels LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you apply for a position or use ryzenrecruit.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to review your application and run our hiring — and we never sell your information.
Information we collect
When you submit the application form or contact us, we collect what you provide:
- Your name, phone number, and email address — so we can review your application and reach you about hiring.
- Your island / area and how you heard about us (and, if referred, which rep referred you).
- Your application answers — any sales or work experience you share and why you want to join.
- Applicant account — when you apply, we create a login so you can track your hiring progress and book an interview. That account holds your application details and status.
We also automatically collect basic usage and device information (such as pages viewed and general analytics) through cookies and similar technologies — see Analytics & cookies below. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
How we use your information
- To review and respond to your application, and to schedule and conduct interviews.
- To contact you — by email and by text — about your application, interview, and hiring status.
- To create and manage your applicant login and hiring record.
- To attribute referrals to the rep who referred you, and to understand which sources bring in candidates.
- To operate, secure, and improve our site and recruiting, and to comply with the law.
Text messages (SMS)
By submitting the application with your mobile number, you agree that Ryze D2D may text you about your application, interview, and hiring. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or by telling us you'd prefer not to be texted. Consent to texts is not a condition of being hired.
How your information is stored & shared
Your information is stored securely and is visible only to Ryze D2D's hiring team and, where relevant, the recruiter who referred you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run recruiting, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Supabase — our secure database and login provider, which stores your application and applicant account.
- Formspree — a form-delivery service used as a backup so no application is ever lost.
- Our email provider — to send you your login and hiring updates.
- Google Analytics — to measure site traffic (see below).
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ryze D2D, our people, and others.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, how many people view a page or submit an application). This uses cookies and collects general, non-identifying usage data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie controls. We also store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage — that never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep applicant records for as long as needed to evaluate your application and for a reasonable period afterward (so we can consider you for future openings and keep accurate hiring records), then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP), and unsubscribe from non-essential emails. Depending on where you live — including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. To make a request, email [email protected].
Applicants & hiring
Providing your information is voluntary, but we need it to consider you for a position. Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job offer. Ryze D2D is an equal-opportunity agency and does not make hiring decisions on the basis of any characteristic protected by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our recruiting and this site are intended for adults of legal working age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here.
